Shipping Information

Crystal Crib can ship to almost any address in the world.

Please also note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a message informing you the branch and its address.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We trust no other courier other than the best. We ship all our products via UPS or Federal Express depending on the countries. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order.

Assuming that we have the item in stock, you will receive your order within 5-10 days.

If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 days in which case, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

Customs and Import Duties Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Crystal Crib, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchases from us. Crystal Crib has a 30-day, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product for a refund or exchange it for another product*. This is our absolute commitment to satisfying your every need!

Return Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Crystal Crib and items are in good sellable conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, ensure that the parcel is clearly written as a return item and ship it back to the correct address. Please use either standard or normal registered post to ship your items back to us. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be entertained.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.

* Excludes all shipping and handling fee. Items must be sent back to us (shipping borne by you) for a refund or exchange on your items. We only refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

** Your refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management
